Karate for All is an innovative martial arts curriculum for kids and teenagers that integrates the knowledge of occupational therapy with the technique of karate-do.
Shotokan and Shito-Ryu Karate are both taught by Wayne Centra, who is a 4th-degree black belt in both. Sensei Wayne has had considerable training to assess and help with biomechanics, emotional management, and social skills as a licensed occupational therapist with a Master's degree.
