Sensei Wayne Centra MOTR/L SWC
Position: Founder of Karate For All
A graduate of Pacific University's Occupational Therapy Program with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. He is a pediatric Occupational Therapist and founder of Karate for All. His experience includes over 35 years of martial arts experience and a 4th degree black belt. He trained in the art of Shōtōkan Karate and Shitō-Ryū Karate under Fumio Demura, "The Real Mr. Miyagi." Wayne has been instructing students in Martial arts for 30 years, at colleges, schools and rehabilitation centers. Wayne combines his background in martial arts with his professional discipline of occupational therapy. Wayne was the Winner of the Innovation Award at the Children's Hospital of Orange County, Gala Awards Banquet. Wayne Centra has also been recognized nationally by Newsweek Magazine for the Giving Back Award, as well as honored as one of eight hometown heroes. Wayne met his wife, a pediatric nurse, while he was working at the Children's Hospital of Orange County. Together, they are blessed with two wonderful children.

Sensei Brandon, OTS
Position: Karate For All Private & Group Instructor
Brandon is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a second degree black belt in karate. He has been involved with Karate For All for the past thirteen years. Currently, he is pursuing his Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy at California State University: Dominguez Hills, with hopes of specializing in pediatrics.

Sensei Jerry
Position: Karate For All Assistant Instructor
Jerry is currently attending college at Cal State Fullerton and is an excellent second degree black belt in karate. He has been involved with Karate For All for the past nine years as a former student and assistant instructor. He finds joy and fulfillment in working with the kids and families here. In his free time, he enjoys being active and playing basketball.

Karissa Nakayama
Position: KFA Private Instructor
Karissa is currently an undergraduate student at California State University, Long Beach. She was formerly a student here and received her first degree black belt under Sensei Wayne's guidance and mentorship. Being a karate student gives her a unique perspective that allows her to greatly empathize with her current private karate students. She is an aspiring occupational therapist and has had over 5 years of experience with Karate For All.

Cat Huskey
Position: KFA Secretary
Cat attended Riverside City College and transferred to Cal Poly Pomona where she graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She was a previous manager at a smoothie shop called Surf City Squeeze and uses her excellent organizational skills to operate the front desk at KFA. In addition, she freelances in writing online editorials and is an expect in creating product descriptions. She enjoys being with her coworkers and the support they provide. Cat also loves seeing the kids every week for karate and therapy! In her free time, Cat enjoys weaving, creating art pieces, riding her bike, eating delicious foods, and making new crafts!

Lili Do
Position: KFA Secretary
Lili Do attended the University of California, Irvine and graduated with a major in psychology as well as a minor in literary journalism. She has worked as a front desk registrar for a non-profit called Center for Living Peace, and was the training director at KUCI (UC Irvine's proprietary radio station). Lili was also a successful ABA Behavior Interventionist and Consult for Autism Interventions and Resources. She is pursuing Occupational Therapy because she is drawn to how dedicated this line of work is to help people. In her free time, Lili plays beach volleyball, discovering new bands and artists, going to concerts, and traveling and getting lost in new places!
